Last night we held our monthly all hands meeting, Global Get Vested, to celebrate the forthcoming festive season and the end of another incredible year.
As the team shared their Vestie Bestie bits which covered everything from amazing work to new client wins, new HQ openings, karaoke, and connecting, we also took a moment to hear some kind words from clients. And as their end of year messages from around the world piled up quicker than the presents in my house that still need wrapping, I felt truly in awe and humbled by the gratitude that our clients shared.
Despite the many many messages that we heard, the sentiment was largely the same: “It has been a tough year”; “Thank you for your continued support through challenging times”; “Thank you for the guidance, the tenacity, the creativity and the incredible results”. Yet, again and again and again the strongest message that came through was, “Thank you for the partnership.”
And that partnership, those relationships, and the relationships with our teams and our broader network really are what make Vested all that it is.
In the UK, 2023 has been a year of big moments and change – we’ve opened our first London HQ, we’ve welcomed brilliant new members to the team, we’ve lived our lives together through births, sabbaticals, engagements and much much more. We’ve delivered amazing work, we’ve welcomed amazing new clients, and as our business has expanded and grown further, so too have our opportunities to partner.
So as we think back on a year of new spaces, new places and new faces, we do so with pride that we did it together.
