Brief
Incline Equity Partners is a leading player in middle market private equity, who approached us with a need to revitalize their brand. They recognized that their existing brand identity, messaging, and website were outdated, lacked personality, and did not feel distinguished enough in a crowded marketspace. The objective was to position them as a people-first, authentic, and forward-thinking brand, reflecting their values and the evolution of their business, while also showing off more of their quirky personality on their team page.
Approach
We began with an in-depth discovery phase, involving a 360 workshop and interviews with key stakeholders (both internal and external). We also conducted a thorough analysis of the client’s competitors and market positioning. Armed with this insight, we developed a bold new brand identity, including vibrant brand visuals and differentiated messaging that aligns with their values and goals. The website redesign focused on enhancing user experience while maintaining the brand’s new identity, through integrated storytelling and a creative UX design. We created a clean, responsive design with intuitive navigation, and a unique, interactive team page. The final design features a flip into “Incline mode,” showing off the team’s fun, silly personality and collaborative work culture. The design also incorporates subtle animations and dynamic elements to keep visitors engaged.
Result
Vested successfully launched the new brand and website InclineEquity.com. The client has since received very positive feedback about the new brand and website from various internal and external stakeholders, all noting that the brand felt much more “authentic”with lots of excitement over the team page. Since launch, the site has also seen a steady increase in web traffic, particularly on the team page, as well as a spike in engagement (20%) and follower growth on LinkedIn (5%) in the first month post-launch.
