In honor of Black History Month, our Chief People Officer Loreal Torres had the opportunity to discuss the significance of race, diversity and currency with the Museum of UnCut Funk.

The museum’s exhibit For The Love of Money caught our attention a few years ago when it appeared at The Museum of American Finance. But it is particularly timely now, given the Biden administration’s recent announcement to restore efforts to put Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill. In this interview, Loreal discusses the importance of racial representation on currency, and what a more diverse financial system means for our future.
