Brief

Diebold Nixdorf is a 162 year-old company with a long history of manufacturing safes and other secure hardware for banks. Over the last 40 years, the company has become an international leader in hardware and software for self-service transaction systems, such as ATMs. To diversify the company’s business and to establish itself as a fintech company, Diebold came to Vested to help launch Vyamic Payments, a new cloud-based payments solution. Diebold needed to overcome its reputation as a hardware manufacturer while simultaneously building on its trusted legacy relationships with financial institutions.

Approach

Vested interviewed Diebold sales and marketing executives, technology professionals, and industry experts to better understand the market, the target audiences, and the sales cycle.

Results

Vested created a launch video to get the sales team excited about this new direction for the company and internal materials to educate and empower them to shift from selling hardware to selling a cloud-based SaaS service. We developed marketing materials, including videos, sell sheets, pitch decks, and RFP support materials. We also created content including blogs, sales webinars, email drip campaigns, and landing pages to position the company as a credible challenger in payments.
