Banks and biometrics

I’m writing an article for Bank Administration Institute about banks and biometrics. If you represent a bank and are in the midst of introducing biometrics (i.e., fingerprint, eye scan, voice recognition, etc., technologies) to your customers, I’d like to hear from you. Also happy to hear from any banking or biometrics consultants or experts who want to comment on where the technology stands right now (i.e., is the technology doing what it’s supposed to be doing, will it be awhile before it goes mainstream, etc).
