Looking to hear from bank representatives, probably (or banking consultants, experts, etc). I’m writing an article for Bank Administration Institute (www.bai.org) and writing about innovations at bank branches around the world. For instance (and I’m making up these examples as far as I know), if your bank was offering limousine service to your branches, or free mani-pedis to customers, I’d want to include that in this article. (Well, not that they have to be THAT out there. But you hopefully get what I mean – innovative and interesting.) Anyway, if you have intel on what new things bank branches are doing and would like to comment on whether these new things are successfully attracting customers or not, please drop me a line.
