How is AI Being Used to Close Financial Transactions in the Commercial Real Estate Space

How is artificial intelligence being used in the commercial real estate finance space? Some examples of what I am looking for are lenders that are using AI to determine whether a borrower will default, vendors that can tell whether a loan within a CMBS will go sour and brokers that use AI to best match a deal to a lender. The use of AI in commercial real estate financing is not as advanced as it is in residential and peer-to-peer lending but it is growing. I would like to hear about these technologies and how they are being used.
