Adam is a senior account director and brings with him deep expertise in the written word across all digital platforms, as well as relationships with prominent financial journalists across North America forged through his work as a journalist and as a public relations specialist.

Adam works on developing and creating new and innovative strategies for well-regarded organisations in the financial services industry, including award winning global trading platform CMC Markets, with an emphasis on media relations and drafting and editing a variety of custom content pieces including op-eds, whitepapers and other forms of written communications.

Prior to joining Vested, Adam worked as an editor/reporter for Toronto’s only 24-hour news radio station 680 News, and served in a variety of editorial roles with various publications. Adam’s work has been published in a number of print and online publications including Family Office Magazine, Benefits and Pensions, and Wealth Professional.

It’s easy to look at finance as just a world of dollars and cents, but behind every number is a real human story. It’s our job to ensure that story gets told in the right way.

Corey is Vested Canada’s CEO and has nearly 20 years of experience in business and financial journalism and communications, as well as expertise in personal finance, capital markets and alternative investments. Corey provides counsel to a diverse range of financial services firms and other clients across Canada and the U.S.

In 2015, Corey founded Goldman Communications, which was acquired by Vested’s professional services arm in 2020. Prior to Goldman and Vested, Corey oversaw all marketing, communications and investor relations efforts for Gluskin Sheff + Associates. He also served as Vice President in the financial services and global capital markets practices of international PR firm Fleishman-Hillard. 

He is also a regular contributor to the business news website, TheStreet.com.

Paty Kim is a Graduate Associate at Vested, where she supports integrated client accounts that span from wealth management to venture capital. Prior to joining Vested, she interned at tech startups and niche investment companies where she delivered research on competitor publicity strategies, marketing analytics, and PR campaigns. Originally from Brazil, Paty is fascinated by the fintech ecosystems in Latin America. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Johns Hopkins University.

Binna Kim is an expert communications consultant with over a decade of experience working with financial services brands, including RBS, American Express, BBVA Compass and Lord Abbett. She has also helped major tech companies target the financial services vertical, working with firms such as Oracle, Intel and AT&T. As a multi-channel, integrated communicator, Binna thinks holistically about how brands can leverage earned, owned, shared and paid media to achieve results. From international advertising campaigns to targeted media relations, Binna is channel agnostic and focused on the end objective.

Binna was named a Top Woman in PR by PRWeek in 2020. She was also named a PR Pro Under 40 by Bulldog PR Awards and Business Role Model of the Year by Women World Awards in 2019. She works closely with firms to identify compelling stories, position executives appropriately in the marketplace, and achieve desired results. Ishviene was a Director at financial PR firm, Cognito for 10 years, prior to which she was at specialist investor relations firm Taylor Rafferty where she was an associate in the media group.

In 2019, Ishviene was named PR Professional of the Year by Bulldog PR  and  Female Entrepreneur of the Year by Women’s World Awards. In 2018, she received the award for Public Relations Professional of the Year from Business Intelligence. Ishviene is also a 2014 award winner of Bulldog Reporters’ PR Gold Award for Financial Communications Professional of the Year.

With client experience spanning major institutions from American Express, Brewin Dolphin, HSBC and Virgin Money to niche disruptors and challengers, Elspeth champions a planning-led approach to delivering audience-first, channel-agnostic campaigns. Elspeth joined Vested from FTI Consulting where she was a Managing Director running strategic planning and campaigning initiatives for financial services clients. Prior to that, Elspeth was Deputy Managing Director and head of financial services at Consolidated PR.

I lead Vested’s London office and love leading a team of inspiring and talented consultants to deliver their best work. Ali holds a Bachelor of Design from NSCAD and The Cooper Union.
