I’m writing an article for a US-based magazine called “Risk Management” about how foreign multinational companies can prepare for Brexit, and what they need to consider regarding: – UK and EU laws/regulations and compliance; – Tax implications and customs duties; – Employees and work visas; – How they might be able to take advantage of the UK leaving the EU – are there any competitive advantages that companies can leverage? I am looking for interviewees (risk management experts, lawyers, etc.) to speak to on this, or to receive written comments from. In particular, I am looking for lists of top-tips/checklists that provide details of what foreign (non-UK) companies should put their attention to first, and how to go about making preparations. My deadline for comments is MONDAY, 27 MARCH.
